COVID PROTOCOL:

1.) Each patient will be placed in their own room that has been cleaned with germicide.

2.) Providers test regularly for COVID.

3.) Patients must wait in their vehicles until their appointment has begun

4.) Proper cleaning with germicide is done regularly throughout the entire clinic

5.) Masks are mandatory

6.) No one is allowed into the clinic with symptoms for Natural Life does not treat COVID patients or anyone with symptoms directly

7.) telemedicine is an option

8.) Screening is done upon entry
